Return & Exchange Policy

Right of Withdrawal for Consumer Customers

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, consumer customers benefit from a right of withdrawal of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the ordered products, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties, except in the cases listed below.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

  • Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized

  • Goods that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery

  • Services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period, where execution has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and express waiver of the right of withdrawal

Required Customer Action

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify Hobbywing UAV of their decision within the withdrawal period by one of the following means:

  • A registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, or

  • A standard withdrawal request sent to the contact details provided below

Once the withdrawal request has been approved, the Customer must return the products in accordance with the procedure described below.

Return Window

  • Withdrawal requests must be initiated within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery.

  • Returned products must be shipped within fourteen (14) calendar days following notification of the withdrawal decision.

Return Procedure

Returned products must:

  • Be in perfect condition, unused, and undamaged

  • Be returned in their original packaging

  • Include all accessories, manuals, and any promotional items

Each return must be accompanied by:

  • A copy of the invoice

  • A completed return form, if applicable

The return shipping address will be communicated to the Customer by email after the return request has been reviewed and approved by Hobbywing UAV.
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.

Eligibility for Returns

Approved Circumstances

  • Products delivered defective or damaged

  • Incorrect items shipped

Non-Eligible Circumstances

  • Products used, modified, or damaged after delivery

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Return requests submitted outside the allowed timeframe

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are allocated as follows:

  • In the event of defective products or incorrect items shipped, return shipping costs shall be borne by Hobbywing UAV.

  • In cases of withdrawal, change of mind, or non-defective returns, return shipping costs shall be borne by the Customer.

Unless otherwise stated, all returns must be sent using a trackable shipping method.
The Customer remains responsible for any loss or damage occurring during return transport.

Refund Conditions

  • A full refund will be issued for returns that meet all conditions.

  • A partial refund may be applied if returned items are incomplete, damaged, or show signs of use.

In such cases, Hobbywing UAV reserves the right to deduct:

  • The value of missing components

  • Costs related to inspection, reconditioning, or repair

Refund Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) calendar days from:

  • Receipt of the Customer’s withdrawal notice, or

  • Receipt of the returned products,
    whichever occurs later.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the order.

Hobbywing UAV remains bound by applicable legal guarantees, including:

  • The legal guarantee of conformity

  • The legal guarantee against hidden defects

Any visible defects or non-conformities must be reported promptly after delivery and before any use of the products.
